Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. J.R. Tharpe Trucking Co. provides trucking, freight hauling, and related transportation and logistics services from our base in Rice, Virginia. All services are governed by the separate transportation or carrier agreement, rate confirmation, or bill of lading executed between J.R. Tharpe Trucking Co. and each customer.
Use of our website, contact forms, and SMS communications does not constitute a transportation agreement. A formal agreement or accepted rate confirmation is required before any hauling services commence.
2. SMS Communications & Consent
